Notches

Select Beams, Columns > Connection Details.
Select the folder Notch in the browser. The notches have been divided into sub folders according to the notching object. The notching object can be a wall, an I-beam or another profile. The notching can also be formed freely, without a notching object.
Select one of the following:

  - 0100 Piece Notch Connection
  - 0101 Piece Notch Connection
  - 0150 Lap Joint
  - 0151 Lap Joint Trim End

  - 0200 Beam Joint
  - 0202 Scarf Joint
  - 0400 Girt Joint
  - 0500 Longitudinal Cut by Face (Full-length)
  - 0501 Longitudinal Cut by Face (Selected Length)
  - 0502 Longitudinal Cut by Line
- Wall
  - 0102 Log notch connection
  - 0103 Wall notch connection
  - 0104 Classic wall panel notch connection
  - 0105 Wall panel notch connection
  - 0106 Wall notch connection
  - 0107 Classic wall panel notch connection
  - 0108 Wall panel notch connection

You can delete a notch by using the function Beams, Columns > Detailing > Delete Feature.
You can delete the notching object, but keep the notch by using the General Object Functions > Delete Object But Keep Shaping function.
You can delete a connection by using the Beams, Columns > Connections > Disconnect Profiles function.
