Framing Tool

Select the framing tool Cladding for a layer with a cladding. You can only select the tool for layers of the COVER type. You can define a cladding for the siding layer or a wall panel when the siding layer has been included in the panel.

You can select a layer's framing tool already in the structure library, or when you add or edit a structure.

• Select a Framing Tool in the Horizontal Structure Library
• Select a Framing Tool for a Structure to be Added
• Select a Framing Tool for a Structure to be Edited

Note

• The default properties of the cladding material are defined in the Cladding library. You can edit the properties with the Floor Joists, Roof Rafters > Cladding > Define Cladding function.
