Select a Framing Tool for a Structure to be Edited

Select the framing tool Cladding for a layer with a cladding. You can only select the tool for layers of the COVER type. First, expand the layers of the structure. You can define a cladding material for the siding layer or a wall panel when the siding layer has been included in the panel. You can select the layers included in the panel when you generate the panel breaks.

Select a framing tool for a layer in an existing structure as follows:

1. Activate the model window.
2. Select the structure.
3. Select a layer.
4. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
5. Select Framing Tools. The Framing Tools dialog box is opened.
6. Add a new framing tool for the layer, or change the selected tool. Select Cladding as the type of the framing tool.

7. Edit the tool parameters.

8. Confirm by clicking OK.
