Saving a Custom Projection

In addition to finished projections, you can save a custom model view in the Projection menu. Rotate the model until the view is suitable or type values for the gamma, beta and alpha viewing angles. Save the view in the Projection menu as follows:

1. Select Projection > Add Current View Here from the menu bar.
2. Type a description text for the view.

The program will add the view at the bottom of the Projection menu.

Note

• By using the function Projection > Other View > Save you can save a view with the zoom and cutting planes parallel to the coordinate axes.
• You can also save the view by adding a view point corresponding to the view in the floor plan drawing using the function File > Other Print Functions > Save View on the menu bar. You can open the view in the model window at a later date with the function File > Other Print Functions > Select View Point.
• You can also define and save a view in the project document browser.

Deleting a Custom Projection

Delete custom views you have saved in the Projection menu by selecting Projection > Restore Default Views. You can delete the views saved as view points by deleting the view point.
