Moving an End of a Trim

You can stretch or shorten the trim in the longitudinal direction of the trim by moving the end of the trim. Move the end using a grip point.

1. Select the trim.
2. Select the grip point.

   When you move the grip point (A), the nominal length of the trim changes but the overhang remains the same. When you move the grip point (B), the overhang of the trim changes but the nominal length remains the same.

   

3. Select the new location.

• In the figure above:
  • LENGTH = nominal length.
  • OVL_LEFT = left overhang.
  • OVL_RIGHT = right overhang.
