Building Components

Building components include windows, doors, stairs, furniture and other components. You can add windows and doors either in the drawing or in the model. You can add stairs, furniture and other components in the drawing. If you are using the Vertex BD Architectural or Pro product, you can also add them in the model.

You can create component groups from building components and other objects. A component group is a finished entity that can be added to a drawing or a model as such.

The Vertex BD Architectural and Pro products also include functions for adding opening trims, window grilles and railings.
