Add a Skylight Window

You can add a skylight window to the roof of a building:

1. Activate the drawing-model pair in which the roof has been added.
2. Select the slope.
3. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
4. Select Add Sky Window.
5. Select the size of the skylight window from a list, in which the size alternatives of the selected window type are listed in a table. The table shows the window parameters Symbol, Width, Height, Code and Description.
6. If necessary, select a positioning function from the contextual toolbar.
   • Mirror
   • Rotate
   • Selecting a Locating Point
   • Perpendicular Placement
   • Vertical Placement
   • Editing Parameters
7. Determine the position of the window by selecting the location of the reference point. It is easiest to select the position of the skylight window in the floor plan. If you select the position in the model in some location other than the surface of the slope, you will be prompted to confirm that the window is to be positioned on the slope.
