Text Table

A table comprises rows and columns into which you can add text. You can add a table to a drawing.

Table rows and columns

Once you have added the necessary rows and columns to a table, you can still add cells to it. You can edit the width and text contents of a single cell, or the width of several cells.

Copying and pasting table contents

You can copy the text in a single cell onto the clipboard and paste it to several cells. Cutting clears the contents of the selected cell.

Editing table formatting and text contents

You can control the alignment of table texts by aligning all texts to the left, right or center. Cell width determines the amount of text displayed in the cell. The width of the table or its cells does not change according to text length. You can also move the table to a different location in the drawing or delete a cell, row or column.

You can modify cell widths by dragging, or you can specify the width by clicking on the drawing. You can make selected cells the same size or make them fit their text content. You can delete the text contents of selected cells.

You can copy the hole table text onto the clipboard and edit text in Excel. After editing the text you can copy it and paste text back to an open drawing.
