Moving a Text
Use this function to move the selected text to another location.
You can select a new position for a text, part number, or
engineering symbol. The position of the start point of a reference
line will remain.
- Select Dimensions>
Move.
- Select a text.
- Click a new position.
- Select Confirm.
Select the text, and then select the
Move function from the context-sensitive menu. You can move
locations of several texts at once.
Note
- You can relocate the text by selecting the text handle and the
Move text function. You can also select an auxiliary
function of positioning.
- You can move the text by dragging the handle. You can move the
point of a reference line by dragging the handle in case of a
reference line text and part number. You can also relocate the text
by dragging the text.
- You can switch the position point of a text to a handle, either
so that only the position point is changed, or added to this the
text is also moved.
- You can add a new branch to a meander line of a reference line,
or remove a branch from a reference line.
- You can remove a text by selecting one or several texts, and
the Delete function from the context-sensitive menu, or
press the Delete key.
- If you wish to move a reference line text so, that the
reference line and the text is moved, select the text and the
context-sensitive function Move.
