Create a New Background or Foreground and Define Shading Properties for It

You can create a new background or foreground in the shared folder of the library. In the basic software delivery, there are subfolders for backgrounds and foregrounds in the shared folder.

1. Do either of the following:
   • Select Rendering > Set Background. The browser is opened.
   • Select Rendering > Set Foreground/Fog. The browser is opened.
2. Open the folder to which you will create the new background/foreground, for example:
   • Shared/backgrounds - User's own backgrounds
   • Shared/foregrounds - User's own foregrounds

   Or, if necessary, create a new folder.

   1. Select the backgrounds or foregrounds folder, or any folder under it.
   2. Right-click to open the function menu.
   3. Select New folder.
   4. Type the name of the folder
   5. Select the folder you have just created.
3. Move the cursor to an empty area in the right browser frame (thumbnail area).
4. Right-click to open the function menu, and select either of the following:
   • New background
   • New foreground
5. Name the new background/foreground in a dialog box, select the type and define the shading properties.

6. Confirm by clicking OK.
