PDF Outputs

Vertex documents can be saved as a PDF file, which is a common format for distributing documents. PDF files can be viewed and printed using several programs supporting the format. For example, Adobe Reader is a free PDF viewer program that is available for several operating systems. Adobe Reader can be downloaded from www.adobe.com.

You can save a document as PDF file in following ways:

• Save the drawing or model open in the working window as a PDF file
• Save the drawings of a project as a PDF file
• Save the drawings in a folder as a structured PDF book
• Add drawings to a print queue and output the queue to a PDF file
• Select the Print function in the project's document browser:
• Publish drawings of models a PDF files to a folder, printer or DesignStream
