Changing Cladding Type

The cladding type affects the representation of a board in the panel drawing. Boards of different type may have different labels, which enables them to be collected separately to the material report. You will need a software customization to be able to use this feature.

You can change the board type as follows:

1. Open the panel drawing.
2. Select the layer on which the geometry of the siding boards has been added to be visible. In the basic software delivery, the layer number is 153.
3. Select Classic Wall Panels > Panel Settings > Change Cladding Type.
4. Select the siding board in the main view of the panel drawing (front projection). Select several boards with the Ctrl key pressed down.
5. Select Confirm.
6. Select one of the following as the type:
   • Not loose
   • Loose
7. Confirm by clicking OK.
