Adding a Panel Macro

You can add parametric macros to the project's floor plan drawing, such as extra studs, beam pockets and electrical symbols. The wall panel macros are added on their own layers. They will be displayed on the drawing when the layers are visible.

Add the parametric macros to the floor plan drawing before generating the panel breaks.

  1. Select Classic Wall Panels > Wall Panel Macros.
  2. Select the macro to be added from the list.
  3. If necessary, select the macro parameters.

  4. Select the wall. The cursor will be locked to be parallel to the wall.
  5. The default locating point of the macro is the center point of the group. Before selecting the location of the macro, you can change the reference point or select another auxiliary function.
