Checking Out a Building Group Project from the DesignStream System

You can add only building group projects in a local project archive to the main project. If you wish to use a building group project in the DesignStream system, you can retrieve a copy of the project from the server into the local project archive. If you wish to edit a building group project and return the edited project back to the DesignStream system, you need to check out the project with your username. Select the PDM_BldgGroup saving location in the Open Project dialog box.

Once you have finished editing the project, check it in to the DesignStream system.
