Hide Objects Other than Those Selected
You can reduce the visible geometry in the model window by
selecting the objects to be displayed and hiding the rest:
- Select one or more objects in the floor plan, model or object
tree.
- Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
- Select Hide Others
The program leaves the geometry of the selected objects in the
model and hides the rest.
Restore hidden objects to view. Do either of the following:
- Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu. Select
Restore Hidden.
- Press Shift+Ctrl+H.
Note
- The hiding feature is intended for temporarily hiding objects
during work when the project is open. If you want to hide objects
permanently, use other hiding functions, such as hiding
groups.
- You can also hide the objects as follows:
- Create a hiding group that may contain objects of any object
type, see Create a Hiding Group. You
can toggle the visibility of the group.
- Hide all the objects of a required object type, see Hide Objects by Type.
- Hide the selected objects in the model, see Hide a Selected Object.
- Hide an object so that its geometry is visible only in the
drawing but not in the model, or vice versa. See 2D/3D Presentation.
