Edit the Room Color

With this function, the color of the room area is changed in the floor plan of the building. The default colors of rooms are defined in the ROOMS database according to the room name, see Default Color Fill and Hatch for a Room.

1. Select the room label in the floor plan.
2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
3. Select Edit Color.
4. Select the color in a dialog box.

• You can also edit the room color by double-clicking the room label in the floor plan.
• The colors can be hidden from the 2D drawing by hiding the layer on which they have been added. The visibility of a layer can be changed by selecting the function Layers > Select Layers from List, for example, and by selecting the layer (56 Room Hatch) from the list.
• If the ROOMS database determines a pen color to be used, select the color in the Color Selection dialog box. See Pen Color.
