Updating Architectural Rafters

If the roof geometry changes, the geometry of architectural rafters added for open eaves will not be automatically updated. You can update the architectural rafters as follows:

1. Activate the drawing-model pair to which you added the roof.
2. Select Roofs > Soffits > Generate Architectural Rafters on Open Eaves.
3. Select an area by clicking a roof slope or an architectural rafter. You can select several areas by holding down the Ctrl key.
4. Select Confirm.

• The properties of architectural rafters are defined when the rafters are added. See Adding Architectural Rafters to an Open Eave. If you wish to edit rafter properties, you need to add the rafters again.
