Restoring the Frame Layer of a Roof

When you add architectural rafters to a roof, the program will convert the frame layer of the roof into a surface model. You can restore the frame layer as follows:

1. Select Roofs > Soffits > Set Up Architectural Rafters on Open Eaves. The Architectural Rafters on Open Eaves dialog box opens.
2. Select Closed Eaves from the dialog box presets. This selection will clear all fields in the dialog box. Do not select any parameters for side and gable eaves.
3. Select the roof slope the frame layer of which you wish to restore. You can select several slopes by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking.
4. Select Confirm.
