Footing using points

This function is used to add a footing whose location is defined by selecting its outline points to an area. The outline points of the footing are easy to click in the 2D drawing, which can be activated, for example, after the area has been selected. If the points are clicked in a 3D model, wire frame can initially be selected as the method of representation of the model, in which case it is easier to select the points of the model. Outline points are confirmed with the Confirm function.
