When changing fixed thickness, either the bottom or top surface of the structural layers is locked into its location. The method of editing is selected from the contextual toolbar.
This function is used to select a fixed thickness for a structural layer. The bottom surface of the structural layer and structural layers underneath are locked in place when the thickness is changed. The layers above the structural layer move up or down according to the change in thickness.
The structural layer to be edited is selected and the new thickness is typed in a text box.
