Opening a View from a Sheet
You can open a view on a drawing sheet derived from the model of
a building (elevation drawing, section drawing or perspective
drawing) for editing in a separate 2D window. You can edit the
opened view drawing with the general drawing functions.
The view is opened in a drafting mode. In this mode, you cannot
edit the existing geometry of the view but you can add dimensions
and lines, for example. You can later update changes made in the 3D
model to the view drawing while still keeping the added elements.
You can switch the drafting mode to editing mode where you can make
any changes in the view, for example delete lines. The changes will
be lost next time you update the changes made in the 3D model to
the view drawing.
