Editing text/dimension properties

General data defines the drafting properties of a text, dimension or dimension tolerance added to the projection of the model. This general data (properties) includes the text height, angle, layer, width of line or text, etc.

You define the contents of a text or dimension when you add it to the projection. The default values of the properties will be set as the general properties of the text/dimension. You can edit these values after adding the text/dimension. Select the text or dimension in the basic mode of the program, open the context-sensitive menu and select the Properties function. Display the General tab of the dialog box, if necessary, and edit the properties.

Editing general properties

1. Select the text/dimension in the basic mode of the program.
2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
3. Select Properties.
4. Edit the properties.
5. Click OK.

• You can change the visibility of dimension in the model window in the following way:
  1. Select Settings > Show Texts from the menu bar.
  2. Select one of following:
     • All dimensions/texts - Make all dimensions visible
     • No dimensions/texts - Hide all dimensions
     • Free
