Rectangle

You can add a rectangle, which corners Perpendicular constraints are added automatically. Select the line properties. You can use ruler functions, when clicking points of a line. The line chain is not a continuous line.

1. Select Lines> Rectangle.
2. Select the line properties.
3. Click the first point of the line.
4. Click the second point.
5. Finish drawing of the rectangular line at the third point.

Note

• The Perpendicular constraints will be automatically added to a rectangle only, if the 2D Constraint Manager is in use.
• A rectangle cannot be modified using its handles, if geometric constraints are connected to it. You can delete constraints by selecting a line, and then the Properties function from the context-sensitive menu.
