Editing a Line

You can select a line and modify it by using its handles. You can move a line as a bevel or freely, move point, and add or remove points.

If a geometric constraint is connected to a line element, the line cannot be modified using its handles. When the 2D Constraint Manager is in use, drawing functions automatically generate constraints. For example, if you select a point on a drawn line as the start point of the line, the Coincident constraint is automatically added to the line point. Parametric drawings are modified by editing the constraints, not using their handles.
