Projects

A Vertex BD project is an entity which includes all the designing data of a building. It includes several model and drawing files, databases and text files. Each project has a separate project folder, and all files of the project are saved in it. You can open and close projects using the functions in the File menu.

Note

• The project archive is managed using a Vertex database. If you move, copy or delete project folders using the operating system's file management functions, the changes will not be automatically updated in the project archive. You can update the project archive by clicking the Update List button in the Open Project dialog box.
