Clip a Hole in a Log Wall

You can cut an opening into a log wall. You can use the function in the 3D model or log wall elevation. It is, however, easiest to select the points of the area to be cut in the elevation.

  1. Do either of the following:
  2. Select the points of the opening using the cursor, type the coordinates of the points, or use the snap functions in the context-sensitive menu. Lock the cursor, if necessary.

  3. Select Confirm. The program will add a line from the point you last selected to the start point (in the example, from point 10 to point 1) and the polyline is closed. An opening is created in the wall.
