Layer above

Select the layer above the basic layer of the structure. This function is selected by default, when you are adding or editing a sheathing or a cladding, and the Type Filter is selected. When you are adding a sheathing, the first SHEET type layer above the basic layer becomes selected. When you are adding a cladding, the first COVER type layer below the basic layer becomes selected. If there are several appropriate layers above the basic layers, you can switch on the function Select from List on the contextual toolbar. When this function is in use, you can select the desired layer from a list once you have selected the horizontal structure.

1. Select Layer above from the contextual toolbar.
2. Select the horizontal structure.
   • Select several structures with the Ctrl key pressed down, or by limiting an area.
   • Select all the horizontal structures by pressing Ctrl+A.
3. Select Confirm.
4. Continue the adding or editing function.
