Add a Machining Line to a Panel

Add a machining line to a selected panel as follows:

1. Select a panel.
2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
3. Select Panelization > Add NC Accessory to Panel.
4. Select the layer, on which the machining is to be added. The list shows the framed layers of the selected panel.
5. Select a machining from the list. Machinings are customer-specific.
6. Do either of the following:
   • Add a machining line formed by a line chain.

     Draw the line chain before adding the machining.

     

     1. Select Select line chain from the contextual toolbar.
     2. If you wish to find the entire line chain automatically, select Find chain automatically from the contextual toolbar. When the function is disabled, you can click the parts of the line chain one by one.
     3. Click the line chain you have drawn earlier.
     4. If necessary, change the direction of the machining line by using the contextual toolbar function Reverse direction.

        

     5. Select Confirm. You will be prompted: "Delete original line chain?"
     6. If you want to keep the line chain for copying, for example, select No. If you want to delete the line chain, select Yes.
   • Add a straight machining line.

     

     1. Disable the auxiliary function Select line chain on the contextual toolbar.
     2. Click the start point of the line.
     3. Click the end point of the line.
