Joist Hanger

1. Select Beams, Columns > Connection Details.
2. Select the Beams folder in the browser. Select the Joist hanger, I type or Joist hanger, default joint.
3. Select the joist hanger in a dialog box.
   • Select the Custom or Standard library.
   • To select the joint component, click the Select button. The button opens a list in accordance with the library selected, from which you can select the joint component.
4. Select the ends of the beams. You can select both ends on the same beam. The program will mark the selected ends of the beams with asterisk symbols .
5. Select Confirm.
6. If necessary, delete the existing joint by selecting Delete in a message box.
