Plate Joints

You can form plate joints between steel components as follows:

1. Select Beams, Columns > Connection Details.
2. Select the Hot Rolled folder in the browser.
3. Select the joint.

   

   

   

   

   

4. Select the profile or profiles between which you wish to add the joint.
5. Select Confirm.
6. If necessary, select the joint properties in a dialog box.
