Extracting a Building Group to the Main Project

A building group added to the main project is a single entity whose building components you cannot separately handle. When the main project design has reached a stage at which it becomes necessary to edit the building components of the building group, you can extract the building group to the main project as follows:

1. Select Townhouse Application > Extract Flat to This Project.
2. Select the building group in the floor plan or the model. You can select several building groups by holding down the Ctrl key or by using area selection.
3. Select Confirm.

   The program will copy the building components in the building group's drawing-model pairs to the corresponding drawing-model pairs in the main project. The drawing-model pairs correspond to each other when they have the same ordinal number (ORDER).

Note

• The connection to the building group project is severed and the changes made to the building group project will no longer be updated in the main project.
