Welcome to Use Vertex BD Software

Vertex BD is a building design system including several products:

• Vertex BD Viewer - A free product for viewing and printing Vertex BD projects and documents.
• Vertex BD Drafter - For sketching buildings.
• Vertex BD Architectural - For architectural design of buildings.
• Vertex BD Framer - For structural design of buildings.
• Vertex BD Pro - Architectural design and structural design together.

The products can be enhanced with several add-on features. See a presentation of the Vertex BD Product Range.

This user guide presents the help for all the Drafter, Framer, Architectural and Pro products. Using help is described in more detail in the Help Files section.

You can find out the available products and add-on options as follows:

1. Select Help > This Software Version from the menu bar.

2. The products and add-on features included in the software license are displayed in a message box.
