OpenGL Shading

OpenGL shading is a mode in which the objects of a model are rendered in plain colors. The objects are colored according to the colors of their materials. Shading is the default presentation method of the model. The shading settings are defined in the view properties.

Shading Settings

You can change the presentation method of the model by selecting a different option from the Draft menu. The default presentation method is restored when you select Draft > Shading.

The glasses in windows and doors are transparent in a model that has been rendered using OpenGL shading.

Visible edges

The object edges will be drawn visible in a shaded model when you select Draft > Shading w/ Hidden Line.
