Selecting from a List

The contents and functionality of a list vary based on what you are selecting.

Data sorting

You can sort the list data by clicking a list header.

Selection

Make the selection from the list as follows:

• Select a row or a checkbox by clicking the left mouse button and confirm by clicking OK.

• Select a row by double-clicking a row on the list.

• Select all rows or checkboxes of the list by clicking All/None. The selection will be cleared if you click the button again.

Filter

If the list is long, you can first search content from the list based on a character string. The function is not case-sensitive.

Enter a character string in the Filter field and then click the Filter button. All fields of the list will be searched for the specified character string. The filtering result will include all rows of the list in which the specified character string appears.
