Select a Framing Tool

The framing tool determines the design rules based on which the parts are added to the layer. You can select a framing tool for a layer in the Wall dialog box as follows:

1. Select a layer.

   Select a Wall Layer

2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
3. Select Framing Tools.

• When editing the wall library, you can select a framing tool for each wall layer, but you cannot edit tool parameters. You can edit the parameters after creating the wall panel breaks. The frame layer parameters can also be edited when adding a wall.
