Change the Radius

You can change the straight edge of a horizontal structure to arched, change the radius of an arched edge, or straighten an arched edge. The arc is defined by three points: edge end points and one selected point.

1. Select Floors and Ceilings > Change Radius.
2. Select the method of selecting the structural layer from the context-sensitive toolbar.

3. Select the horizontal structure or structural layer according to the selection mode.

4. Select the edge.

5. Do one of the following:

   • If you selected a straight edge, click the point, which the arc will run through.

   • If you selected an arched edge, click a new point, which the arc will run through.

   • If you selected an arched edge, straighten the edge by using the Set edge shape as line function on the contextual toolbar.
