Adding a Drawing Sheet and Title Block

When you have created a new drawing for a drawing sheet, add the drawing sheet lines and a title block to the drawing. You can also add the drawing sheet lines and a title block to an existing drawing sheet from which the previous lines and the title block have been removed. You can select the function either from the toolbar or in the project document browser.

1. Do one of the following:
   • Select the function from the toolbar:
     1. First, open a drawing sheet or create a new one.

     2. Select Drawings > Add Drawing Sheet and Title Block.
   • Select the function in the macro component browser:
     1. Select Macro Components > Add Furniture, Symbol, Building Group.... The browser opens.
     2. Select the folder Drawing Forms / BD.
     3. Double-click Parametric drawing sheet w- titleblock.
   • Select the function in the project's document browser:
     1. Open the branch Architectural documents / Sheets.
     2. Move the cursor on a drawing sheet.
     3. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
     4. Select Add Drawing Sheet and Title Block. The drawing sheet is opened.
2. Type the number of horizontal A4 sheets.
3. Type the number of vertical A4 sheets. If necessary, use a decimal point, for example 1.5.
4. Select the title block for the drawing sheet from a list.
5. Select the location of the sheet in the drawing window.

Add a section, elevation or perspective view on the drawing sheet, for example.

• From the macro component browser, you can also select drawing sheets with predefined sizes.
