Chimney Cover Plate

Select the cover plate parameters in a dialog box.

Chimney Cover Plate

Height (H)

Enter the height of the cover plate at the chimney edge closest to the ridge of the roof into the text field.

Degrees

Enter the slope of the roof into the text field in degrees, or get the slope from the model as follows:

1. Click the Get angle from roof button.

2. Select a roof slope in the model.

Width (W)

Enter the width of the chimney in the text field.

Depth (D)

Enter the depth of the chimney in the text field.

Tolerance

Enter the cover plate's distance (d) from the chimney surface into the text field.

Lip width (L1)

Enter a dimension in the text field.

Bottom lip width (L2)

Enter a dimension in the text field.
