Moving Overlapping Texts
You can move texts in a drawing by arranging them in one row,
one column or in an array with several rows and columns. The texts
can be overlapping texts in a drawing, but you can also select
other texts to be moved (not, however, component labels).
- Select Texts > Move
Overlapping Texts.
- Select the texts. Do one of the following:
- Select several texts by holding down the Ctrl key.
- Select texts by cropping an area.
- Select Confirm. The Text Types dialog box opens.
- Select the type of the moved texts in the dialog box.
The Text Types
Dialog Box
- Confirm by clicking OK. The Locate Texts dialog box opens.
- Select how the moved texts are to be arranged in the dialog
box.
The Locate
Texts Dialog Box
- Confirm by clicking OK.
- Click a point where you wish to locate the texts. The top left
corner of the text group is located at the point.
Note
- You can move component labels either by their grip points or by
using the Moving a Label Text
function.
