Editing Dimension Properties

You can edit the properties of one or more dimensions in a drawing.

1. Select the dimension.
2. Select the Properties function on the contextual toolbar.
3. Edit the dimension properties in the dialog box.

   If you selected only one dimension being edited, you can also edit the other properties of the dimension in the dialog box pages.

4. Confirm the data.

Select one or more dimensions, and then select the Properties function from the context-sensitive menu. You can also double-click the dimension.

Note

• You can copy properties for a dimension from another element of the same type in the drawing by selecting the Copy Properties function.
• The contextual toolbar function  Edit will open the dimension properties for editing.
• In the Texts field you can edit the value of the dimension acting as a geometric constraint.
