Viewing the Data Card of a Project

You can view the project data card of an open project by selecting File > Project Data Card from the menu bar. The information in the data card is company-specific. Following information can be included in the data card, for example:

Tab: General

Project

The name of the project is displayed in the text field.

Date

The creation date of the project is displayed in the text field.

Saved in

The saving location selected for the project is displayed in the text field.

Project template

A project has been defined as a project template if the value in the field is 1. A template can be used as the basis for a new project created with the Vertex BD software.

Customer data

The customer data is displayed in the text fields.

Contact persons

The contact person data is displayed in the text fields.

Tab: Building information

Building lot information, Building size information

This information is used in, for example, drawing title blocks.

Building type data

The basic model and building type of the house. The text in the Description field is displayed in the dialog box in which you can select a project to be opened or deleted.

House options

The options selected for the house.

Notes

Notes connected to the project. Open the text file by clicking the Open File button.
