Adding a Logo to a Surface
This function can be used to add a raster image to the surface
of a volume in the model.
- Select Rendering > Add
Logo.
- Select the image file in the Open dialog box. The program opens
the selected image in a separate model window.
- Change the reference point of the logo, if necessary. Click the
MAGIC button above the status bar, and select a new
reference point in the auxiliary window. If you cannot see the
button, stretch the bottom edge of the Vertex window
downwards.
- If necessary, rotate or mirror the logo or change its size.
Select the function from the contextual toolbar.
Auxiliary Functions for Adding a Logo
- Select the location of the logo. You can position the logo on
the surface of a volume with the following context-sensitive menu
functions, for example:
- Snap > Surface
- Snap > Center Point of Plane Surface
Note
- You can delete the logo as follows:
- Click the logo in the basic mode of the program.
- Press the Delete key.
- An image added as a logo is easy to select in the model, when
you select the wire frame representation by using the function
Draft > Wire Frame.
