Open a document for viewing

In the Search Documents dialog box, open a document for viewing in the following way:

1. Select the document in the Found documents list box.
2. Select the radio button View in the Open mode box.
3. Open the document in one of the following ways:
   • Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu, and select Open.
   • Double-click the document in the list box.
   • Click the OK button in the dialog box.
