Create an HTML File

You can create an HTML document of the active project and view the document with an internet browser.

1. Select the function File > Other Print Functions > HTML-publisher from the menu bar.
2. Select the template page to be used from a list.

The program creates a folder named html/example-finnish in the project's folder and saves the images and the file index.html into the folder. The page opens automatically in the default internet browser of the operating system.

The HTML page is created on a template page included in the basic software delivery. The template page contains following elements:

• Company information (A) More information
• Project information (B) More information
• A visualized image of the building model (in standard projection) (C)
• Visualized images of the elevations (D)
• Visualized images of interior views on each floor (E) More information
• Floor plan drawings of each floor (F)

Note

• First, create or update the elevation drawings using the Update and Open a Drawing Sheet function, and define the interior views, see Interior Views to bd Added on a HTML Page.
• If necessary, you can define the internet browser to be used as default browser with Vertex by setting the keyword set.web.browser in the ../user/SETUP file. For example:

  set.web.browser="C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer/Iexplore.exe"

  or

  set.web.browser="C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
