Rotate a Component around the X, Y and Z Axis

You can use this function to rotate a part or component to the desired rotation angle in relation to the axes before positioning it in the model window.

Rotate the part as follows:

1. Select the rotation step: 90 or 15, or enter the angle value in the field.

   

2. Rotate the part around the Z axis by clicking the button:

   

3. Rotate the part around the Y axis by clicking the button:

   

4. Rotate the part around the X axis by clicking the button:

   

Note

• You can also rotate a part by using the cursor keys at 90°/15°/specified increments:
  • Around the Z axis, Arrow up.
  • Around the Y axis, Arrow right.
  • Around the X axis, Arrow left.
