Locating
Use the functions in the Locating sub menu to optionalize the
locating point of an option. By optionalizing the locating point,
you can define alternative positions for the option.
Adding alternative locating point
Use this function to define the alternative position of an
option.
- Select Option System > Locating >
Add Optionalized Locating Point.
- Select the locating point symbol to be optionalized in the
floor plan .
- Select the alternative location of the point.
- Select the option conditions in the Option Conditions for
components in option box.

- Do either of the following:
- If you want to activate the new position of the option, click
Yes in a message box.
- If you want the option to remain in its original location,
click No in a message box.
The program marks the alternative position with the symbol
.

Editing alternative locating point
Use this function to change the option conditions of the
alternative option position.
- Select Option System > Locating >
Edit Optionalized Locating Point.
- Select the locating point symbol .
- Select the option conditions in the Option Conditions for
components in option box.

Activating alternative locating point
Use this function to activate and deactivate the alternative
position of an option.
- Select Option System > Locating >
Activate Optionalized Locating Point.
- Click the locating point symbol .
Deleting alternative locating point
Use this function to delete the alternative position of an
option.
- Select Option System > Locating >
Delete Optionalized Locating Point.
- Click the locating point symbol .
Note
- First activate the position (the original or the alternative
one) you want to keep with the Activating alternative position function. If the
alternative position is active, the program prompts you to confirm
the deleting of the original position.
