Copying Breaker Panel Drawings to the Project

When the breaker panel macros have been added and their attribute information has been provided, the breaker panel specific drawings can be generated by copying the template breaker panel drawings to the project.

You can use a breaker panel drawing when you add wires to the floor plan drawings. When you are adding a wire with a circuit ID and have selected the starting point, the breaker panel drawing opens and you can select which breaker the wire should be connected to. Part of the wire data is also copied from the breaker panel drawing.

  1. Select Electrical > Copy Breaker Panel Drawings to Project.
  2. Select Yes in the message box.

The template panel drawings are copied from the ../picts folder to the project folder and named according to the panel breaker macros in the floor plan, for example BRKPANEL.A.vxp.
