Default Parameters
The drawings are always opened with the Vertex software's own
default element parameters (fonts, pens, line and hatch fonts,
dimensions etc.) activated, when the user/SETUP file contains the
keyword
set.use.picparams= 0.
Note
- The keyword does not affect the layers of the drawing to be
opened. The layers, which were active when the drawing was saved,
are activated when the drawing is opened. You can restore the
default parameters of the Vertex software by selecting
Layers > 
Restore
Default Layer Selections.
