Browsing and Editing Model/Drawing Archive Data

This function can be used to browse and, if necessary, edit the data in the model or drawing archive. Select the documents to be browsed using the dialog box. You can enter a document Label or another search term as the search criterion. When defining search terms, you can use an asterisk (*) to replace several characters or a question mark (?) to replace a single character. If the search returns more than one document, you can browse the data by cards.

1. Select the 3D Modeling > Drawing/Model Archive.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Click the Model radiobutton when you wish to browse model archive data.
   • Click the Drawing radiobutton when you wish to browse drawing archive data.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Select the documents to be browsed using the dialog box. After confirming the search criterion, the Archives Data of the document will be displayed.
5. If the search returns more than one document, you can browse the data as follows:
   • By Archive Cards with the Cursor Down and Up keys.
   • As a List with the Shift+Cursor Down keys. Move from row to row with the Cursor Down and Up keys. Press Enter or click the OK button to view the Archives Data of the desired row.
6. If necessary, edit the Archives Data and confirm the changes.
