Copy a Truss Shape

This function can be used to edit a truss by copying the shape of another truss to it. In addition to the shape, you can also choose to copy the position of truss supports or the truss members. The target truss and the source truss must be parallel. The shape of the source truss is copied perpendicularly to its direction.

1. Select Trusses > Copy Truss Shape.
2. Select one or more of the following options as the copying method from the contextual toolbar:
   • Copy shape
   • Copy supports
   • Copy parts
3. Select the trusses to be edited. Select several trusses with the Ctrl key pressed down. Select all trusses by pressing Ctrl+A.
4. Select Confirm.
5. Select the truss whose shape you wish to copy.
